Karim Lalani
Chief Executive
Karim is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of Silver Birch Care, operating a controlled multi-site growth programme to develop high quality regulated childrens residential care services and supported living services across the UK.

Rebecca Ouellani
Chief Operating Officer
Rebecca oversees all day-to-day activities ensuring they are all managed and performing efficiently and effectively. She leads negotiations, budgeting, ensuring efficient workflows are in place to maximize productivity and performance.

Michelle Robinson
Director of Operations
Michelle holds accountability for the financial, operational, and quality performance across the organisation. This includes setting high standards by managing teams effectively and taking full ownership of safety, quality, cost control and growth opportunities. She is also responsible for ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.

Greg Lapham
Corporate Development Director
Greg is responsible for producing strategies and business development initiatives, including leading cross-functional deal teams for all new acquisitions and successful post-integration. He also leads the Facilities department.

Paul Rushton
HR Director
Paul is an experienced and people-focused HR leader with a strong background across hospitality, retail, consulting, and leisure sectors. He’s led HR teams in fast-paced, multi-site businesses and thrives on building positive cultures, driving change, and helping people and organisations grow. Paul brings a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for making work better for everyone.

Shazia Lalani
Marketing Director
Shazia is responsible for Marketing which includes the creation of promotional and sales materials, design and creation of website content, email marketing, PR, and social media. She also supports the Finance department.

Trish Clinton
Head of Operations
Trish Clinton has been with Benecare for a total of ten years and is now Head of Operations for our 16+ supported living provisions. Prior to joining Benecare Trish was a Kent Foster carer for some years prior to moving into Residential work.
Operations Managers
Our Operations Managers are responsible for the management and leadership of their respective regions, promoting high standards of care in line with regulatory bodies. They will also ensure that key performance indicators are consistently met for people, quality, and performance to ensure the maximum positive impact on young people and stakeholders.

Abs Latif
Head of HR & Payroll
Abs is responsible for managing all aspects relating to Human Resources services, and shaping the performance and development systems for all employees. He also manages and runs monthly payroll.

Karen Fowler
Placements Manager
Karen is responsible for managing all aspects of placements and referrals procedures. Also, to ensure the safeguarding of all young people through clear policies, procedures, and regulations.

Dr Kamal Khan
Group Head of Systems Development & Data
Kamal is responsible for ensuring all Quality Assurance and Management Systems are compliant with legal regulations and standards. He also leads our Outcome Stars and ClearCare systems.

Ganesh Kandiapillai
Finance Manager
Ganesh is responsible for invoicing and undertaking research on the company’s financial situation. He is also responsible for managing and coordinating reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Edwin Maharaj
Head of Facilities
Edwin is responsible for managing our repairs and maintenance department to ensure the upkeep of all properties, landscapes, vehicles, and aspects relating to Health & Safety.

Marie Bliss
Executive Assistant
Marie is responsible for contributing to the efficiency of the group business by providing personalised and timely support to the Director of Operations and senior leadership team.

Jade Waterman
Training Manager
Jade is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of our in-house training programmes. She works with the team to identify skill gaps and align training with our service commitment.

Anusha Ravichandran
Finance Administration Assistant
Anusha is responsible for reconciling allowances and updating young person data. She works with the Finance Manager to coordinate financial tasks, and with the Placements Manager to manage HB/UC.

Jessica Barlow
Senior HR Advisor
Jessica supports the business in all aspects of HR from onboarding, to ER case management, and training. She holds a CIPD Level 5 in People Management and is an Associate Member of the CIPD.

Miriam Santana
HR Administrator
Miriam is responsible for ensuring all staff vacancies are filled and manage HR administrative duties successfully. She also supports the HR team to effectively manage the human resource services.
