Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the management and leadership of 12 or more supported living homes within Silver Birch Care, promoting high standards of care in line with our policies and procedures.
Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you are to oversee the growth and evolution of the organisation to meet its strategic objectives, vision, and values, to support the Senior Management team with the effective provision of high-quality care, sourcing and securing placements, opening of new homes, and driving revenue.
Finance Administration Assistant
As a Finance Administration Assistant, you will report in to the Commercial & Finance Manager, working alongside all Care Managers and Support Workers at Silver Birch Care and The Beeches, as well as local authorities, to manage all aspects of young person’s allowances each week.
Care Manager
As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You are to lead and manage staff and homes resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards. You must carefully manage the budget to meet and exceed the key performance indicators.
Senior Care Manager
As a Senior you will be responsible for providing specialist care management practice skills and knowledge in regard to processes and protocols such as safeguarding, ensuring the statutory duties of the organisation are being met, and helping develop a programme for inducting new Care Managers and Support Workers.
Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will provide a support service to vulnerable young people and be able to identify and take appropriate actions according to their needs, in conjunction with other parties and agencies.
Senior Support Worker
As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide first line management and lead a small team of support staff. You will be responsible for providing a support service to vulnerable young people and be able to identify and take appropriate actions according to their needs, in conjunction with other parties and agencies.
