We are Officially Ofsted Registered!
We are excited to announce that have successfully registered our 16+ Supported Accommodation Services with Ofsted!
Having operated for nearly 20 years now, we have become a trusted provider of choice to many local authorities who can trust that all policies and standards will be upheld in line with the new Ofsted regulations.
We have structured our registered services into four regions across London, with homes ranging from solos to 8-bedded, which we feel will enable us to implement best practice across all quality standards set out by Ofsted.
Team Member Experience & Qualifications
We have a team of highly skilled Registered Service Managers who will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality care to young people, ensuring that the support they receive is safe, secure, and embedded with the principle of preparing them for a positive journey of change.
Our dedicated team will work alongside other Senior Managers and departmental colleagues to ensure that the provision of our services will run as smoothly as possible whilst changes are implemented, and are always delivered to the highest standard.
All the management team have completed their Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and are currently completing their Train the Trainer course which will facilitate a wide variety of face-to-face training to our staff.
All our staff are currently completing training in PACE, a therapeutic approach to trauma-informed care. It offers insight into the carer’s contribution to a young person’s recovery from trauma, and explores some of the knowledge and skills that can support recovery.
Our team are also trained in using Outcomes Star as an evidence-based tool to measure and evidence “The Journey of Change” or “The Empowerment Journey” which focuses on the changing of a young person’s attitudes, skills, and behaviour to become increasingly independent.
