London Youth Membership

We are excited to announce that Silver Birch Care have become a member of London Youth!

London Youth was founded in 1887 to offer young Londoners, irrespective of background and circumstance, a wide range of high-quality opportunities for learning and fun, and to build strong trusted relationships with adults and their peers. They provide a united voice and support for community youth organisations and youth workers across the capital.

London Youth are a charity on a mission to improve the lives of young people in London, challenging them to become the best they can be; developing their confidence, resilience and relationship skills. Their vision is that all young Londoners grow up healthy, able to express themselves, navigate a fulfilling career, and make a positive contribution in their communities.

Last year they worked with over 27,000 young people through their sports development, employability, youth action and involvement, arts, and outdoor education programmes. Their work gives young people access to opportunities they might not otherwise have had.

Silver Birch Care are proud to join London Youth’s network of community youth organisations across the capital who also operate and deliver activities in London that engage and benefit young people under 25. As a member, our young people are able to benefit from high quality programmes including sports, employability, arts, social action and youth action. Our staff are also able to access training workshops to broaden their skills and knowledge of topics such as safeguarding, equality and diversity, health and safety, and mental health.
