Silver Birch Care visits Green Park!

Below is an overview of a trip to Green Park from one of our Outreach Workers.

“Today as you know M and S were up and ready and came along to our planned day out.

We travelled up to Green Park and saw changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace, with musical support from the Band of the Household Cavalry and Band of the Welsh Guards. We all thought it was great to hear and see, despite the rain.

After we travelled to Edgware Road and ate Iraqi & Kurdish cuisine. We had a delicious lentil soup, chicken, rice & salad. Finishing it off with a traditional tea and biscuit. We then travelled to the Science Museum, visiting the space and transport area, typically it was busy in there.

S took many photos, with M cracking some funny jokes about people and life. They both expressed and thanked SBC for a great day out”
