Our first cohort of Fellows was nominated in recognition of their commitment, potential and ambition to grow as future leaders across our children’s homes.

They were invited to attend the launch event at the Royal Society of Arts in London, where they had the opportunity to come together and learn from senior leaders, including Sam Gardner, who spoke about his years in foster care and the difference that dedicated leaders can make in the lives of children and young people.

Over the coming year, the Fellows will take part in structured learning, executive coaching and mentoring, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and experience to help shape the future of leadership in the sector and raise standards across our services.

At Silver Birch Care Holdings, we are committed to promoting Kaizen, and this programme reflects both that philosophy and our dedication to developing talent from within.
