SBC Apprenticeship Programme & Ground Force Team

We are excited to announce that we have just launched our very own Apprenticeship Programme and Ground Force Team!

We will be running various activities for our young people to take part in, including working alongside professionals to install a brand new kitchen in one of the homes, as well as a garden project where they will work together on maintaining and looking after the outdoor spaces in their homes.

Not only will our new Apprenticeship Programme enable young people to gain important life and employability skills such as teamwork, communication, and decision-making, but they will also all receive special vouchers for taking part.

We have also just formed our own SBC Ground Force team! As part of this new initiative, we have selected young people across our homes who are keen to learn new skills and transform our gardens into something beautiful. They will work together to perform tasks such as cutting grass, tidying, and planting new additions like shrubs, flowers, and herbs.

We are really excited to see how they get on, and are proud of everything they have achieved so far. Stay tuned for further updates!
